24th Tamuz Thursday 16th July Theme: Putting On The Whole Armour (Ephesians 6 v14:18) Word Of God Speak The Battle Belongs To The Lord Ephesians 6 v10:18 Oh, Lord of Lords and King of Kings, we have an Enemy. He was Your Enemy first. He hated You and worked to destroy Your creation and, though He tested You utterly, You overcame him. That is why we say, "The battle belongs to the Lord." Through Your Son, Jesus, You have won the victory. First You removed Satan from Heaven, then You wrestled the authority over the earth from his grasp. You sacrificed Your Son to pay the ransom demanded by this foul accuser. You sprung his trap, when he looked for his prize it was gone again and returned to Heaven. Satan has won nothing, gained nothing. All he has ever done is steal, kill and destroy. As we don the whole armour today, and each day, we continue to fight for and against those who stand against You. They are deceived. Be they powers or potentates, people or fools, Satan has lied to them. And we will fight for them against them, for Your glory, God. That they may be saved, that those they have influence over may be released. From false prophets, from curses, from idols, from demonic oppression, from witchcraft. Perfect love casts out all fear, and we claim victory in the name of Jesus this day, and every day, until He comes again to reaffirm it once and forever. Amen. https://youtube.com/watch?v=AI3VcChbPBY https://youtube.com/watch?v=aIdZ5KRiakM 23rd Tamuz Wednesday 15th July Theme: Putting On The Whole Armour (Ephesians 6 v14:18) Thy Will Be Done Testimony here. Spirit Break Out Ephesians 6 v18 Traditional Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name; thy kingdom come; thy will be done; on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation; but deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom, the power and the glory, for ever and ever. Amen. Contemporary Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as in heaven. Give us today our daily bread. Forgive us our sins as we forgive those who sin against us. Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. For the kingdom, the power, and the glory are yours now and for ever. Your word is a light to our feet and a lamp to our path, Your word is sharper than the sharpest two edged sword, according to the scriptures, even to the dividing our innermost thoughts and desires. We desire to wield such power for Your glory, but we must be aware that a sword cuts both ways, that if we choose to judge, we too will be judged. You have raised a standard, and that standard is perfect. Jesus. Your Son. By His stripes we are healed, by His standard we will be measured. Glory hallelujah, King of Kings and Lord of Lords! How great is Your name in all the earth! Even the demons know the name of Jesus, and they flee at His voice and command. Amen! https://youtube.com/watch?v=3vmTkXNpwzs ? 21st Tamuz Monday 17th July Theme: Putting On The Whole Armour (Ephesians 6 v14:18) Fill My Cup Lord Jesus Paid It All 1 Chronicles 6 v48:49 Mighty God of Israel, Maker of the Heavens and the Earth, You have won the victory. This is the truth of our salvation, the assurance that You are who You say You are. That Your Son, Jesus, paid the price, once and for all, is the steel helmet, fixed to protect our mind from every calamity or disaster, every blunt instrument conjured by our enemy, the Devil. God did this, through the precious blood of His Son, and this atonement sacrifice was acceptable to Him. Glory hallelujah. Begone, foul spirit, you are set aside for destruction. Thank You, beautiful Saviour, who saved us whilst we were yet sinners. All glory, honour and praise to the living King, amen. https://youtube.com/watch?v=H1Wa2msOq9c 20th Tamuz Sunday 12th July Theme: Putting On The Whole Armour (Ephesians 6 v14:18) Lead Me To The Cross New Wine John 16 v28:33, 17 v1:11 "The Cross before us, the world behind us." These words once proceeded a saint and his family to glory in the furthest reaches of the Indian sub continent. The Cross is our shield with which we extinguish every fiery dart of the Enemy. Satan is an accuser. He is a liar and a murderer. He stirs many to come against those called, appointed and anointed to take up God's standard. Yet, through the power of the Cross we have the victory. Jesus has made a way. The old account is settled, the jurisdiction of Satan's Kingdom over the hearts and lives of men has been lifted. As we raise the cross in our defence, we claim that victory that Jesus, in His goodness, has shared with us. We are soldiers. We are bondservants, we choose to raise the cross as a banner against the Enemy, against all that he stands for and represents. Even though we are in the world, we are not of it. "The Cross before us, the world behind us," is our banner, our cry and our praise today. Amen. https://youtube.com/watch?v=0fZ-tBR7LJ0 19th Tamuz Saturday 11th July Theme: Putting On The Whole Armour (Ephesians 6 v14:18) Be Still My Soul Healer John 6 v1:15 You said, "Peace I leave with you." The angels that announced Your birth said, "Peace on earth and good will to all men." In You is perfect peace. Feet shod or dressed and standing in that place of peace will not be moved by an unseen foe, will be swift to move when commanded by the Living God. Will be sure footed and will not slip, whatever the terrain. Help us to stand in that peace today, Lord. How fitting that this should be on Your Sabbath's rest. May we be strengthened in our position, may we be relaxed in our stance, may we be calm whatever the odds or the situation, may we breathe deeply and slowly. Thank You, God, for Your excellent composure. You are God Almighty. If You are with us, what can stand against? This is not a garment of fashion. This is the boldness that protects our heart. Not a lie should go unchallenged, not a belligerent foe go without answer. Help us Lord, in strength and truth, to discern the right time to step forward, the right way to issue challenge. Let not the enemy taunt us into exhaustion. In a world fraught with the workings of the deceiver, help us be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves, trusting in You, Lord, to fight our battles, stepping into the fray so that You can come near to the enemy. Help us be as David was, a man after Your heart, in Jesus's name. Amen. https://youtube.com/watch?v=UZalYpMWpRg ? 17th Tamuz Thursday 9th July Theme: Putting On The Whole Armour (Ephesians 6 v14:18) Father's Heart Psalm 23 Joel 1 v10:12 O Lord, our outlook may be parched and the night dark. Our strength may wax away and our courage dissolve in face of the relentless onslaught of a cruel and unforgiving foe. Yet You, Jesus of Nazareth, are our Rock and our Salvation. Today we gird and guard our loins against the power of the Enemy. Our most vital and tender parts, wrapped in the truth that You died and rose again, that the Father's heart is set towards us, that Your truth has set us free from sin and death. Help us, Lord, come before the throne of the One, True, Living God naked and pure, that we can offer a sacrifice of praise in Your name. As Your word says, "Tears may linger at nightfall, but joy comes in the morning." Amen. https://youtube.com/watch?v=3b2qkWnzYhE
